Ieva means life-giver in ancient Hebrew. At some point I realized this isn't just my name — I don't know if it's a coincidence, but vitality and each person's authentic truth are the engine that drives me, every day, to seek and create flowing life wherever I touch: in people, teams, organizations. What matters to me most is inspiring, bringing people together, and helping them believe in themselves and their authenticity — so that everyone grows, develops, and unfolds in their most beautiful colors.

I came to organizational mentorship not by plan, but organically — over 20 years working in strategic marketing, brand development, and project management at large Lithuanian and international organizations, leading teams and running major projects, I kept noticing that it gave rise to unusually vital, engaged, accountability-taking teams. Colleagues and leaders started asking how I did it. Eventually I understood — that is my super power and my passion. So I gradually immersed myself in studying new organizational management models and operating principles, carried out academic research on the subject, and today, working with organizations, I can draw not only on experience but also on research-based insight.

Aesthetics matter to me too — I see how beautiful things and surroundings shift our state of being. That passion gave rise to a family business: together with my niece Adele, I grow the jewelry brand ADELE NOTES, where we adorn people with her handmade creations. I am responsible for every part of the business — from development and finance to marketing and customer service.

So my perspective on business isn't theoretical — I know the everyday challenges first-hand: the weight of responsibility, uncertainty, growth stages, and the balance between creativity, people, and results.

My mission is to create liberating, empowering structures in which people and organizations can grow authentically — built on ownership, living relationships, and self-leadership instead of external control.

Why gardener?

I love bringing life, authenticity, and humanity wherever I go. Gardening is patient, individual work: every plant (a person, a team, an organization) grows at its own pace, in its own context. My work and pleasure is to "weed, replant, and water" — to identify what's missing and help create the conditions in which that life can unfold naturally.

Two paths when a team needs help

I'm most often approached with a question about training — how to improve people's ownership, engagement, initiative. I take a radical view of this: there are two paths.

Path A

One-off training

Like suppressing the symptoms of a chronic illness — it works for a while, but the problem returns.

Path B

Systemic growth

A consistent process of at least 6–18 months, strengthening the organization's "organism" at its core — resilience, self-leadership, engagement, overall maturity.

What the systemic mentorship path looks like

© Ieva Čepononė — an authentic method

Roots

Qualitative interview with the sponsor / client

I understand the context, expectations, and real need from those who initiate the process.

Roots

Interview with the leadership team

I listen to different perspectives — what the challenges, joys, and concerns are, where there's alignment, where a shared view is missing, and where things get stuck.

Stem

Observing team meetings

I observe people in their authentic working environment — the team's overall energy, how decisions are made, how people are heard and listened to, how ownership is taken.

Stem

Identifying core challenges and needs

After the interviews and observation, I put together a clear picture of what's really getting in the way of vitality, self-leadership, and engagement. We also hold a joint reflection session with the whole team around a de-personalized "mirror" of the team — where we stand, what we can be glad about, and what core challenges we want to work on.

Branches

A tailored training and mentorship plan

There's no single recipe — an individual plan is built around each organization's specific context and needs. But mentorship is always directed both at the team and at each person's individual growth areas — through 1:1 personal mentorship sessions.

Blossoms

Team training

As needed — often together with guest facilitators from my network of trusted partners.

Fruits

1:1 mentorship with the leadership team

Personal reflection, consistent guidance, until the new principles become part of the organization's everyday life.

Mentors and partners I recommend

Rasa Baltė-Balčiūnienė

Creator and facilitator of a conscious leadership program, especially skilled at helping people shed stereotypes. Teaches deep reflection on self and surroundings, drawing on ontopsychology principles that support vitality. Also a business constellations expert and practitioner, helping people see disruptions and what can't be seen with the eyes or heard with the ears.

Jurgis Didžiulis

My edutainment guru. When you want to spark liveliness through music, build a shared rhythm, and feel how sometimes the simplest things can bring people together — call Jurgis! I really like this one :)

Nomeda Marazienė

A vibrant, engaging diagnostician and trainer of personal and team emotional intelligence — helps you better understand yourself and others, find common ground, and turn emotions into productive energy.

Rasa Katilienė

A coach with a capital C. I've experienced Rasa's guidance firsthand and felt what quality, non-imposing, authentic accompaniment feels like when searching for answers to your own questions.

Rasa Mažionienė

Has highly effective methods for quickly understanding and diagnosing personal limiting images, along with psychological and physical tension held in the body — just be ready for a fair amount of homework.

Kęstutis Mauri Ora

Thanks to Kęstutis's Mauri Ora body therapy, I gave myself permission to embrace aesthetics as an important source of pleasure in my life — it also became one of the most important parts of my professional everyday life at ADELE NOTES. In other words, if you want to feel your whole body "alive" from your toes to the tips of your hair, and to mentally and physically release the "not alive" spots — Kęstutis is your person!

Movi Vilnius — Justas and Jekaterina Kučinskai

When I discovered the movement practices Justas and Jekaterina run, it was my decade's "eureka" — a form of physical movement that isn't boxed into one or a few sports disciplines, but brings them all together and adds more. And then there's Justas's philosophical outlook and insight into the links between mind, body, and emotion. A must-experience for everyone — after these sessions, the quality of your everyday movement changes fundamentally, and when we can't quickly shift intrusive thoughts or poor bodily states, there are forms of movement that help us transform, quickly and effectively.

Teams@Ease

They run excellent team sessions and games "with meaning" — because, just as in drawings or constellation layouts, games too can reveal far more than we can put into words. Ernestas and Paulius have mastered a wide range of techniques, are true professionals in their field, and help teams reach real depth — then resurface with new strength.

Kazimieras D. Daugėla

Believe it or not, we all unconsciously carry patterns that aren't even our own, inherited from 7 generations before us. If you keep getting stuck somewhere, running into the same feeling you just can't shake — Kazimieras helps untangle and release it, very professionally, within the context of family systems.
